Surface wear to tanzanite and mount commensurate for use, with scuffs/scratches, nicks and occasional small chips. The ring mount is relatively modern and marks are clear. Diamonds are well matched, fairly bright and lively, some stones with small nicks/chips and fractures. Gross weight approximately 5.2gm.
