On the printed stationery of the Congress of The United States, House of Representatives, Washington, D.C., John F. Kennedy as Congressman for the 11th district in Massachusetts. Signed at the bottom with personal inscription 'Many many thanks Joe'.

The ink is slightly faded, notable particularly on the word 'John'. The postal fold runs across the 'y' at the end of Kennedy. Some toning to the paper. Light creasing to the paper
