The first Darte Frères, Empire-style pattern with gilt decoration on an orange ground lip; the second a 19th century plate decorated in the Neoclassical style with gilt and hand-painted decoration on an orange ground lip; together with two Creil et Montereau plates, 'No. 1' and 'No. 10' from the 'A La Campagne' series.

Dimensions: the first 24cm diameter, the second 23.5cm diameter, the pair 20cm diameter.
The first in generally good condition, scratching to the glaze and minor chipping to the foot. The second notably restored, with stapled repairs, chips to the rim and scratching to the decoration. 'No. 1' from the pair with a notable chip to the rim on the underside, crazing and rubbing to the decoration. 'No. 10' with crazing throughout and rubbing to the decoration.
