A 19th century Dutch silver oval tobacco box, with hinged pressure sprung lid, crested, 11cm wide.
Shallow dent to the back edge, and further knocks and dents to the right edge. Lid fits flush and latches well. Minor wear and surface scratches. Maker's mark HG over O.
